Gyuto – Japanese inspired kitchen knife.
Apparently it’s bad for a knifemaker to use store bought knives in the kitchen.
After being teased extensively by my peers, I finally broke down and made a kitchen knife. Turns out I’m not bad at it. I definitely see this line expanding in the future.
